- How long does a bulk order take?
- We confirm your lead time on quote. A batch is typically two to three weeks once the proof is approved, depending on the quantity and the configuration. Share your date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
- Can you etch our logo in the crystal?
- Yes. Co-branding is part of how we work. We set your logo inside the crystal, alongside the recipient's name or your message. White-label is available where the gift carries your name alone.
- What logo and photo files do you need?
- A vector logo, EPS, SVG, or PDF, etches most cleanly. A high-resolution PNG works too. For photos, a clear, well-lit file is best. We'll review your files and flag anything before production.
- Do we see a proof before you produce?
- Yes. You approve a free 3D proof of the piece with your logo or message inside the crystal before we etch anything. Nothing is committed until you sign off. This is the heart of how we work.
