The terms of placing a made-to-order, bulk crystal order with KEPT.

Quotes and validity

We quote to your configuration and quantity. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. We never use fake slashed pricing.

Deposit and payment

Bulk orders run on a deposit and balance, by bank transfer. For government and semi-government, we work to PO and LPO terms. Terms are confirmed with your quote.

Made to order and proof approval

Each piece is produced for you, from your logo, message, and configuration, after you approve the proof. Approving the proof locks the order for production.

Bulk, change of mind

Because each order is made to order, there is no change-of-mind return. We replace pieces for a defect in the crystal or the engraving, gladly and quickly.

Confidentiality and rights to your logo

You confirm you have the right to use any logo or image you share. You keep all rights to your marks; we use them only to produce your order, and we hold them in confidence.
