The proof protects you

Because you approve a proof before we etch, the finished order holds no surprises. That proof is your assurance across the whole batch.

Defects, replaced gladly

Made-to-order pieces are replaced for defects only, a flaw in the crystal or the engraving. If anything is wrong on our side, we replace it, gladly and quickly. There is no change-of-mind return on a bulk order.

Changes after you approve

Once you approve the proof and production begins, the configuration is locked. Reach out as early as possible if something needs to change.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE and the GCC. We confirm the delivery date and the route with your quote.
