The preview protects you
Because you see a free preview before we engrave, the finished crystal holds no surprises. That preview is your assurance.
Defects, replaced gladly
Made-to-order items are returnable for defects only, a flaw in the crystal or the engraving. If anything is wrong on our side, we replace it, gladly and quickly.
Changes after you confirm
Once you confirm your order and production begins, the configuration is locked. Reach out on WhatsApp as early as possible if something needs to change.
