We confirm your lead time on quote. A batch is typically two to three weeks once the proof is approved, depending on the quantity and the configuration. Share your date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hold it.

Yes. Co-branding is part of how we work. We set your logo inside the crystal, alongside the recipient's name or your message. White-label is available where the gift carries your name alone.

What logo and photo files do you need?

A vector logo, EPS, SVG, or PDF, etches most cleanly. A high-resolution PNG works too. For photos, a clear, well-lit file is best. We'll review your files and flag anything before production.
